Incidental Prostatic Adenoma Mimicking Bladder Tumor in a Patient with Previous History of Holmium Laser Prostate Enucleation Surgery

Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) surgery has been increasingly used in urology because its advantages for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) surgical treatment recent years. But, there are insufficient data literature about true frequency incidental presence adenoma within bladder following HoLEP surgery. The case is here presented a patient who underwent 5 years previously, then at our clinic with lower urinary tract symptoms. On ultrasonography, suspicious 3×3 cm tumoral formation was determined trigone. Cystoscopy performed, and freeform mass floating seen. excised bipolar transurethral resection prostate. pathology examination reported as BPH. current demonstrates need surgeons to bear mind that could be patients BPH have not fully healed
